The Thistle Grand' hotel is not only Bristol's oldest but also one of Bristol's finest four star hotels. The Grand' as it was once and will be again soon known was opened as a purpose built hotel in 1869 catering for all ladies gentleman and royalty alike. A tradition still carried on today.The hotel is situated in the heart of Bristol city centre with easy routes to all of Bristol's finest tourist attractions including Brunel's SS Great Britain. Directions to The Grand by Thistle
From M4 junction19 take M32 to city centre. Left at the traffic lights end of M32. Keep left take 3rd exit at roundabout and bear right. Turn left at traffic lights into Broad Weir and past NCP car park. Turn right into Broad Street as road veers left. Car parking is available between 2pm on the day of arrival and 12 noon on the day of departure and is chargeable.
